All good picks Echoform. In LA, Matt Cerf opened, followed by Deep Voices, then Suzy, then Gareth. It was a great night, check out the awesome pics from my Suzy/Gareth Emery/LA photo gallery:

Regardless though of who is opening, we plan on being there.

For the one BILLIONTH time, Jeff...

Why can't you bring some decent house (or even techno) acts to Orlando?

serious question. All I ever see you promoting is this, Ferry Corsten, Armin, Tiesto's arena thing, etc.

Do you not like house? Does your employer only deal with trance? Is there some reason I'm overlooking?

I will, with utmost certainty, not be in attendance.

Oh goodness, RIGHT before I pressed reply I realized something pretty important. Deadmaus, Benny Benassi, Sharam, etc (all I can think of currently) are not good house. Anyone who can speak using punctuation, non-run-on sentences and split paragraphs will probably agree with me on this. (I.e.: non -heads.)

Entro, there is a whole lot you are overlooking so allow me to respectfully disagree with you and your post. Instead of trying to change the way Jeff runs HIS business,(pretty sure he is his own employer) why not follow his lead and start your own production company? This way, you could put your money where your mouth is, like Jeff has, and throw your own house and techno events with whatever artists you want to push. Competition in business is what helps to fuel the economy, which in this case, could lead to there being even more variety of edm events to choose from in Orlando.
Another approach that would probably work better than hijacking this thread, would be to start your own new thread. In it, you could make a listing of the names of the artists you would like to see brought to Orlando. In doing so, you might see that your house and techno elitist attitude of, my music is cooler than your music, is insulting to the intelligence of the members on here. Most members here, many whom I have met personally over the years at the many gatherings we have had statewide, are long time, educated edm fans that listen to and support the various forms of edm, including but not limited to: trance, breaks, d&b, techno, electro, psy and house. By creating your own thread, you could show the other promoters who look and lurk here, that they may want to consider bringing one of the artists you've listed. Some of them, they might have had no idea were as popular as they actually are, until they've seen the buzz created from your tread.
A lot of people have been begging Jeff, also a billion times, to bring to Orlando more of the Trance acts that tour the rest of the USA, but have never been here before, like Gareth. Did it ever dawn on you, that maybe Jeff is doing arena shows because some of the Trance acts he is able to book, require an arena to fit all of the edm fans? Why would you want to deprive these people of this experience? Is it because you want them to act like sheep and like only what style you and the cool guys like? While some of the people that go to the big name, arena style parties may be new to the scene, they are also potentially the future of it. Some of those people could be the ones who eventually "evolve" into liking and making popular what you like.
