The fact that technically we're still at war with North Korea and we have a defensive pact with Japan and South Korea to defend them against acts of aggression worries me though.
Hopefully people in D.C. will realize we're too god damn broke to play police again.

I'm well aware of the fact that we've been continuously been involved there for decades, my point was that we don't have the resources at this point to get any more involved, militarily speaking, at this point.

Yea, like the rest of the world. USA got geo-political military bases all over the globe, especially in the Balkan regions in Europe. The reason Russia is pissed off.

The whole situation is a sad farce. I'm sure NK torpedoed the ship knowing full well that neither SK nor the US wouldn't respond militarily. Its all a game to them, its basically a big you to the US you can't touch us and we can do what ever we want.
