Good 2 C Kaeno is playing @ this event. He brought us a great event for WMC with Markus & company @ Dream, and he plays good trance as well.

Quick question for element ent: is the trance event going to be inside or outside?? I ask because there seems to be 2 different parties listed on that flyer, and/or definitely too many djs to all play on the terrace ...
life thru HD
i think it's going to be a good night. he plays good deep house as well which imo compliments psytrance great.

True story from the Miami Dade Clerk of Courts. Here was the first listing when it was supposed to be auctioned off on May 12th.

Auction Status
Proof of Publication not received or incorrect
Auction Type: FORECLOSURE
Case #: 08069512CA01
Final Judgment Amount: $5,160,157.84
Parcel ID: 01-0101-080-1030
Property Address: 50 NE 11 ST
MIAMI, 33132
Assessed Value: $717,178.00
Plaintiff Max Bid: $5,160,157.84

The paperwork was supposedly turned in incorrectly from the bank to the city. When the new listing goes up, I'll post it. This is all from the city website people, its all public knowledge. The owners at Nocturnal have 9 lives. Inside source says this will be around until October but we will see if this Auction happens anytime soon

There was a an issue with the transformers / power-lines, problem was finally resolved at 7 AM that is why the show could not move forward. No, they did not get the plug pulled on them, and no they are not dodging bullets like you claim. In all honesty Donnie get your info / gossip correct before you come out saying false and misleading information. Thank you

The show on the 11th of June and 18th will move forward. And keep your eyes peeled for a plethora of other quality events brought to you by Element Entertainment. Thanks again

Just stating observations. Funny they are the only ones on the block that had power issues, the rest of the block was lit up. In all honestly if there was a technical issue you probably would of seen FPL trucks out front of the building considering Nocturnals electrical vault is out front of the building on the eastern corner.

Hey Donnie, do you remember a few months back before WMC or after, not sure when that Space had a power issue on a Saturday. That same exact day Nocturnal and Eden did not go through that power issue and all the club goers that were @ Space went next door and kept partying.

Just curious weren't you @ Gryphon this past Friday? If so, how do you know if there were F.P.L. trucks in front of the building. That's unless if you have a "counter surveillance system" attached somewhere around the outskirts of 11th st. Or MAYBE the bums give you the inside scoop on what's going on every night, who knows....

Its pretty funny how a promoter who does events on a Friday seems to be snooping around all over the place even in the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts records. I give you an "A" for effort chief, but an "F" for professionalism. Very low to be trying to bash other events man, very low...

I love when you promoters start fighting it out with each other. You really think there is an ethical code for clubs & promoters in South Florida, its the Wild West. Is it professional to open a club, take out loans on it & never pay them back like Nocturnal has done :haha:

Far be it for me to defend Donnie Gryphon, as we have had our disagreements on TA. But you were acting like Nocturnal is not in foreclosure??? Donnie was 100% right about that, it is a matter of public record. You claimed it was gossip & rumors, and he then posted facts with a summary of the auction status. So how can you complain, you are the one that denied it and he pulled out public records to back it up.

Anyways Glen & Noc will survive, at least for a while. The property is majorly upside down right now as a result of the real estate market crash and bad loans given on it. There now is a $5.1 million dollar judgment and the property is only worth a little over $700K. The bank will lose big time if they auction it off in this current market, as they'll never collect on a deficiency judgment.

I don't need to argue and or fight with no one on no forum, just here to promote these two events and answer any questions members of the T.A. family might have. I'm also defending the fact that these two forthcoming events sponsored by Element Entertainment on the 11th and 18th will move forward.
