there're plenty of jazz musicians who don't use saxophone or trumpets. ;) heard of Kenny Burrell? Joe Pass? John McLaughlin? and saxophonists like Candy Dulfer and Kenny G aren't exactly jazz musicians, either. |

You read my mind. That goes the same for General Hardcore as well. The beats are too fast,not understandable, and totally unacceptable. I didn't vote for anything, cuz at least one song is okay for each genre. Trance is by far the best music out there. Peace.:toothless |

| Once again i must say RnB. They play it too much (the whole day long on almost every radio-station). Every single kid between 16-23 claims to love it. The lyrics annoy me. The ritm makes me nervous and above all why for the love of godd (yea Marco V ;)) do they make RnB versions of "olé olé olé we are the champions" and "if you're sexy (happy) and you know it clap your hands" :eyespop: :rolleyes: |

I'd Have to say hop and Crab 'n B. I can;t stand that musik. I Would rather listen to an LP of a Japanese Hooker being screwed:crazy: .
Why would I want to listne to recycled beat anyway? If I want to listen to retro and disco I know where my parents records are. |

| i dont dislike a single one of those genres. a true musician should be open to all styles of music. classical music rocks (not literally), metal music owns and trance music rules. my mood changes what music i wan2 listen to. |

first post, yay!
Had to go with worst of all evils. Country it was, then. Some I can tolerate, but none can I claim to in any way like. Rap was okay 10 to about 5 years ago, it's started to become "pop." Any and all hip-hop and pop should be burned. Remember, pop now, more than ever, covers many (too) many genres. Pop-rap, Pop-country, Pop-rock, etc. etc. is all e. The occasional gem that comes out becomes overplayed to the point of insanity, therefore ruining good songs. There is little freshness in any current music period, hence my turning more and more to trance for release. Especially now as it is somewhat reinventing itself.. I figure it's the best time (and best genre) to really dig into in the last few years. |
