Assuming you haven’t screwed anything up, double-clicking it will cause it to open it in iTunes and again, unless you haven’t screwed anything up, will cause it to sync with your iPod or iPhone.
tl;dr? Double-click the file and then press “sync”.

one word... microsoft.
there are only two things they came out with that were good. MS-DOS and xbox. windows7 is their best GUI OS and its good but osx is still much better. |

Doesn't mean the GUI is flexible.
In any case, dumbing down products dumbs down the customer; it's especially alarming since Apple's forced marketing strategy, and product penetration gives them a lot of power to influence the next generation(s).
