What's wrong with Neptune? Seems like a great vocal tool. |

| yeah, Neptune looks good. there's no real VST harmonizer. the ONLY harmonizer is the Eventide hardware and costs $$$$$ |

What are you talking about?
Waves Doubler 2 and 4, MDA Detune, Audio Damage Discord to name a few.
in fact, here's a free one:

| well tell me in which of these plug-ins u can set one voice 2 notes higher and the other 4 notes lower of the incoming audio so that whichever key the incoming audio is the generated voices are not out of scale. u obviously don't know what a REAL harmonizer is. |

Yes discourd does exactly this as well as melodyne, and the soundtoys crstalizer (mac)is actually designed to copy the eventide.
In fact discord is a copy of the Eventide h910.
So yes, I know what a ing harmonizer is. I suggest you try them. |

| didn't see where you can set the SCALE in Discord or Cristalyzer. Eventide H910/H949 is an old pitch-shifter not a harmonizer. Haven't tried the Melodyne thou. |

seems neptune is for Record, nor Reason. as stated earlier i really hate that theiv split this into two apps when they apparently should include all these features into one app imo. |

I personally thought Record was a bit of a cop-out. It added a lot of the updates Reason users were screaming for (Still no VST  ) then packaged them as a separate programme and charged separately for it - that.
So I have been re-wiring into Ableton lately. I'm still a sucker for reason though. I've sorta become dependant on some of the fantastic sample patches (Orchestral/Piano etc.) on Reason. So, yeah, I'll probably get it :stongue: |
