mike - things are good mate. im a buyer for an electrical engineering company, not a bad job although think its ran its course and looking to get out, nothing to get into though. still listen to edm but dont go clubbing much now, 3-4 times a year. got pretty bad tinnitus from it all as well which doesnt help, have to go with earplugs now. having uber loud headphone sessions at home listening to sets didnt help either. most my times taken up by either gym, kickboxing, MMA (UFC) training or cycling, hardly any change left out the week then. whats going down in your town?
jen - can't believe you're still whoring around the COR. Thought you had more in you :p you've probably still got me on msn so pop up. i deleted you coz u only spoke if i spoke to you :p

UFC you say? Are you "hench" now then? Blimey. Clubbing 3-4 times a year is more than me these days - I manage about 1-2.
I'm good too. I'm a couple of weeks off completing on buying a house with the mrs, so lots going on at my end. Still blagging my way through the same job as the last time we spoke.

hardly hench mate. i train between 7-10 hours a week and can do 10km on the treadmill in 56mins but i eat pretty much crap all the time so will never get to the baywatch status. eating good and regular is what i need to do, not crap and whenever i feel like it lol.
