Its random.
She was just an unlucky target.
They have been randomly hitting "trance" artists. Under a different name.
Her video blog made me cringe a little towards the end. :(

Also the A&R site just went up (right before the take down), makes it seem a little more personal then i thought.

LOL @ godaddy, makes it seem almost like a joke, which it is not obviously.
Another edit, it would be pretty easy to DoS attack and take the A&R website down. I dont have the fire power to do something like that, you need several people to DoS at the same time... |

None actually, there was another taken down but there's no connection at all. It was a hip hop artist last year by some UK website.
This is a specific target. Who ever did this put a ton of time in effort into targeting her. |

ya it's almost as if someone wanted to create a bunch of attention surrounding her name so that people around the web would spread a wave of viral buzz about some nebulous drama... but who could possibly gain from all this??? let's discuss it further! :gsmile: |

I knew where this was heading.
But still, I doubt its self promotion. I mean I have met her a handful of times and hung out with her once, i really wouldn't think she would do such a thing.
But then again, you never ing know these days.
