In advance of their performance on the Beatport stage at Detroit’s Movement Festival (taking place May 29-31), Swedish techno DJ/producers Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg go head-to-head at this Platform presentation. Engberg is a fast-rising festival favourite thanks to releases on Pickadoll and Get Physical as well as DJ sets that combine hard techno with tech-house, minimal and hints of deep disco. She makes her Toronto debut here, touring with Drumcode label boss Beyer, one of Sweden’s best-known contributors to the world of techno.
