There are lots of DAW's for Mac. Logic is a long way from having a monopoly.

Edit
I did do my research, son.

And remember.. I did say "if" he was going toward the Mac route. Hands down; Logic is more suitable for Mac computers. I trust that this is why the big boys are using it a la DJ Ramirez among the likes. And you may be right that I am swaying a newcomer comrade towards a specific DAW, but did you have to swear and make negative comments to make your points across? The music industry is a pretty small business. Harsh comments made by the likes of you toward fellow musicians is not a wise thing to do. These days, it's about connections, my friend. Peace.

Please, let's not bring superficial comradery into the equation when everyone knows such statements are either naive or perverse. If you believe the pile of dung quoted above, you're an idiot, and if you don't, you're just an . Either way, it doesn't speak well of you.

Hey, it doesn't hurt being nice to others. That's all I'm saying.

I agree, but let's not confuse couching veiled threats in friendly advice with being nice. I certainly don't always agree with everything kittphillips says, but that doesn't mean I don't respect him. You, however, Mr. Yang, are new and while you're touting a MySpace tag, you still have some credibility to earn.

Yeah, I've learned a thing, or two since I joined this forum. Opinions are most certainly like: intergalactic blackholes very far away.

This forum just gets worse and worse ....

But hey, I'm here to learn. Peace, everyone. Carry on.

Stop ting on the 303, companies today WISH they could make such an influential synth. 303 has to be the most emulated and cloned synth there is, and there still isn't a 100% replica. I don't see anyone doing that with a virus or juno or whatever piece of hardware you might want to throw out there. And its because of its sound, and what it does, that is hardly old and outdated.

I have it, but haven't posted it in the 'useless gear' thread yet because I used it last night. You need to empty your wallet for some proper massive deep tunes that people will dig. Nothing will top this piece of kit.

lol, when you starting your label man, i have demos for joo

Yeah, it also doesn't pay to destroy your credibility by posting . You'll get some respect from me when you've been around here for a while, are no longer sporting a myspace tag, and aren't advertising your opinions as fact.

To be honest, my post was fairly harsh, but there are 10 noobs like you who pop up every week, all sporting unfounded opinions like "logic is teh BEST!!11!! for teh macz" and asking questions like "how do I sound like teh tiest0rz lolololol?!/!". So I think its understandable that I'll wait till you've been here a year before I have any respect for you. Believe me, I'd be a lot harsher against a regular forum member who posted such an utter pile of as "logic is the best for mac". The scary thing is that you still seem to believe it.

PS
I don't really think that the fact that you watched a couple of tyas tutorials really qualifies you to make claims like "logic is the best for mac".

Since when did becoming new to a forum and posting opinions become a crime? To each his own, I guess. I had no idea I had to work my way up to be an elitist in this forum. Best endeavors to you and your career. And I really hope the best for you.
