23 Hours or something? 23rd Hour?
plot: Lots of stuff happens at the same time in the same town. (Crashes, deaths, some dude gets his wiener cut off by a car door)
Iirc that last pic correctly, that guy either ran over a deer or someone tossed something off of the bridge which hit his windshield.
