TranceAddict Forums Archive > DJing / Production / Promotion > Music Producers Promotion some feedback please View this Thread in Original format fastmp3 this is my first work on Reason , i "tried" to make something that sounds exactly like 10in01 , please tell me what you think of these 4 samples (they are the same except everytime the synthe patch is different) : Members of Mayday - 10 in 01 (1st sample) Members of Mayday - 10 in 01 (2nd sample) Members of Mayday - 10 in 01 (3rd sample) Members of Mayday - 10 in 01 (4th sample) tu_face only had time to dl 1 & 4 so ill give comments on those 2 ;) they both need to be more beefy.. if u only have one oscillator goin on the synth then activate the second ocsillator with a sawtooth waveform and have it an octave down.. also (for #4) u may want to nudge the attack up on the 'amp envelope' just so it isnt such a hard stab at the start of each note.. compress it a bit and stick some nice grizzly reverb on it, and bob's yer fathers brother :) all in all, good for a first go on reason.. keep playing with it! click here for a wee demo song file that i just knocked up... its not exactly right (as it just took me a minute heheh) but it might point u in the right direction :) hope this helps :D CLICK TO RETURN TO TOP OF PAGE
