Surely there must have been female DJs playing mainstage before both DJ Rap and Sandra Collins? Marusha seemed pretty damn huge in early to mid 90s. Other names that pop up are Sister Bliss, Ms Wood, Ellen Alien, Monika Kruse, etc.

... on 2nd thought this thread is perhaps only regarding the situation in North America..
