This one has me stumped.
Mostly because internet apologies like this are known to be an urban legend of sorts.

dont apologize for your opinions, only if they get personal. If your opinions are general and people take offence, too bad. But if you start directing them at someone personally, then that to me is when it crosses the line.

Either way, if this is how you feel it took a lot of courage to post it. :eyespop:

He had an opinon and idea and voiced it...

He then realized his opinon and ideas obviously upset some of you and looked back on it, contemplated it and understood how it could upset you...

He explained the basis and roots of his opinons and ideas...

He apologized for upseting you by voicing and presnting them, realized he may have done so in a durogatory or rude manner, but still stays true to his original opinons...

Internet or IRL, sarcastic or genuine...

Seems like a pretty straight up and mature post to me.

Good job PT!

Nick stop being such a sour grape! :)

big ups for appologizing dude - sometimes as much as you know you're right about something, it's not worth the fight :)

When it comes to a review section, there is nothing wrong with expressing your likes and dislikes...as long as you actually include some for the former to balance it out!

Good on you for making this public vow to turn over a new leaf. You're a better man than most for making the effort to improve. Do not expect to get the tone right every time; the main thing is that your intentions are good.

However, be warned: the drawback of this public declaration is that there may be some cretins out there, who thinking that they are holier-than-thou, will be waiting to haunt your every post for any degree of perceived 'negativity'!
