it's a little break from the norm but its really nice to listen to it. I think this is one of the best mixes yet this year. Really original in my opinion. anyone else enjoying MMII? any digweed fans out there?

Big Dig fan here. MMII is good only in the sense that it is starting to break away from the monotonous chains of chugging prog house that plagued Digweed's Kiss FM sets of recently...while I do enjoy prog house at times, Digweed seemed to get more and more prog-housey by the moment. MMII sounds a little more refreshing, with a some breakbeats and a dim of prog trance mixed in.
Not the album of the year, but definetly a point in this year's electronica movement by the man who seems to be directing it at the moment.

Try your local retail shop :)

I'm also a big Digweed fan. Try to listen to his Kiss100 set as much as possible (though this isn't always possible), and personally I think MMII is the best mix album of 2002 so far. Gonna be really hard to beat this one.

Too bad I've only seen him live once (but he isn't spinning in Holland that often)..

Really huh?
Have to check this one out...
I've been following Digweed's top hit list for a little bit too...
It's his list that lead me to Holden and Planisphere...

I am very glad to see Digweed getting away from all the dark prog, but I have to say that this mix was very disappointing for me. There are some amazing tracks, but I didn't like the programming after the first three songs. It just didn't grab you and pull you in like a really really good mix compilation can. I always thought digweed was one of the best at that, but MMII diasappoints.

But that is just one man's opinion.
