Can anyone link me to some good fast trance, like epic with an nrg beat? nu-nrg would be a good example of this, nrg is ok, but i like it when the highs are beautiful/epic sounding and the beat is quicker than normal epic trance

I don't really like this stuff anymore, but I was a huge fan when I was about 15 so I'll give you some of my old favourites from 2002-2003ish:
(I remember joining up to TA in 2003 to download this one)
I have so much of this stuff, loads of tracks that aren't on Youtube at all... Shame nobody in the right mind is going to pay decent money for a lot of obscure hard trance from 2003, or I'd sell it off.

Really? I'd buy it if it's obscure and has exceptional qualities and I really don't doubt you, but I still think you're better off keeping it. What tunes/artists would you be referring to?

Mostly stuff from Nukleuz, Tidy Trax and their many sub-labels. It's not really obscure to fans of the genre, but there were a lot of tunes I wanted to post that weren't on Youtube.
I'm not going to sell them, because the effort of doing so would outweigh the money I'd make, and besides it's all crated up in my parents' house.

That's cool, I've had the same problems trying to find these sorts of tunes on Youtube myself at times. These are definitely good labels to look into for this kind of sound though.
I could nearly say that Flutlicht remix of Marc Dawn's 'Expander' is my fave hard trance tune of all time, but that's quite a big statement and my favorite tunes change daily.

Mine would definitely be Mark Richardson & Phil Reynolds - Vinyl Addiction. I still genuinely like that track, where as most of these just bore me now.

Don't lie SYSTEM-J. I know you still like Alphazone. Everyone does, whether they admit it or not.

Make a mix of it and post it, ffs!!!

Holy . I am jetlagged as , but the first two minutes of Alphazone's Sunrise make me feel fresh as a daisy.
When I was younger, I always thought that as I got older I'd grow out of "hard" music like everyone else, but the months go by and that shows no signs of occurring. I've quite a frenetic personality and this kind of music seems to power that day to day, irrespective of how unfulfilling it may be mentally.
Trancefxs
Probably slightly harder than what you are looking for. Agree with Teezdalien, that Expander Remix has still a special place in my earth, although I sold the vinyl anyway. :(
