Carter was an international resident at Industry Nightclub for a year and a half, playing the
club a record 17 times. DCs history in Toronto goes back to the Better Days raves, when he
first broke Chicago house into that scene. For this instalment of Industry Legends, Carters
gonna dig deep in the crates for a NO RULES MASH UP SET. Derricks sets are rooted in
house but he freely travels outside club tastes, seamlessly incorporating soul, hip hop, jazz,
underground disco and whatever else catches his fancy. His style is totally unique. On the
22nd, Derrick has promised some BIG surprises... expect the unexpected!
