Hey guys, I have a question about envelopes.
I have been using the Sytrus plugin for FL studio and I am wondering how the ASDR control points correlate to time.
Specifically, I am trying to modify the volume parameter for one of the operators, and while I understand what ASDR does, I still cannot, for the life of me, figure out how the horizontal placement of control points correlates to time.
For example, if I place my attack control point on the second line of the grid. When exactly does the volume reach the maximum level? Obviously I can tell when it reaches that level in reference to the other parameters (sustain, delay, and release), but if I knew the exact tempo, could I calculate the time in, say, seconds?
Hopefully I was able to articulate my question in a way that makes sense to you.
