i dont know about you guys, but what is up with bal en blanc these past months?!?
1) spring 2010: epic failure for tiesto at time supperclub (party stopped by the cops)
2) summer 2010: tons of sound complaints for tiesto at beachclub
3) sensation 2010: from the bell to red lite?!?
4) october 10: throwing an event the same night as black & blue??? that's really not fair game!
i think production playground should stick to throwing Bal en Blanc and that's it. |

I can only speak for the last few years since I wasn't around before then, but it seems to me that there are always problems with Sensation. Last year was the noise level at the Forum, and I think the year before that, they moved it at the last minute from Metropolis to Millenium. So that latest stunt shouldn't be entirely surprising. |

Sensation is a new event and has to build its reputation, it's really not that easy and very complex behind the scene.
This being said, Resolution 10 was one of the best, if not the best event in a long time for NYE (and BEB16 was top notch too)...
This being said, I'm still disappointed about it not being at the Bell Center, everyone worked very hard to be there, but it sadly did not happen. |

1) how are they responsible if cops crashed the party?
2) if the sound wasnt kept at that level the party would have been shut down
3) reasons beyond their control
4) what event october 10th? |

| i feel that as an experienced group, PP shouldve known not to throw a party with tiesto in such a small venue and/or at a venue where they know the sound will not be good enough to satisfy 8-10,000 partygoers. this is where im saying it's their fault. i have no idea why sensation was moved to red lite, but im thinking its because they didnt sell enough pre-sales. as for the event on october 10th, its out on facebook with offer nissim and ana paula. and as malek said, its true that bal en blanc 16 and resolution this year were top notch. PP is doing something good, but perhaps its getting a bit too greedy? |
