He stopped playing just after 8 though. Everyone who saw him at Stereo said he was great! He better bring some of that to Guv tonight! |

Saw Lawler last night at Stereo and was extremely underwhelmed, nothing special at all about his set imo and the sound at stereo was way off.
If he plays like he did last night in main room tonight I expect quite a few negative reviews. Hopefully he's just saving his best for toronto. |

just wanted to say i had an AMAZING time with all my TOTAs last night <3 it was amazing to see you all
and my dreams have come true.
ive been in the booth @ stereo.
i almost peed myself .. but i was wearing a dress.. so that didn't seem like such a good idea after the moment faded |

I disagree. Although it wasn't his best set ever, it's definitely the best set I've heard from him in quite a while (leaps and bounds better than his Circa set). I do agree that the sound was off last night, but at the same time, even though it was off it still kills any other sound system in Toronto! :p
I'll write a better review later..
Also, Lawler left Stereo at 8:30am. He walked out as I was leaving. |
