I am currently working at Staples and it pays ok. About 7.50 an hour so its good to work there for extra bucks. The only problem is that im not enjoying it much but I have been working for this place for about 1 and a half years now.
I just offered a job as a music store called "hastings". They have several stores throughout the united states. It only pays about 6.00 dollars an hour but I get to work with the things that i like. DVDs, Music, Video Games, PC stuff just all the fun stuff. Anyone work at Hastings here? How is it like. Sha'll I go for it. I mean it pays less but it seems as though i will have more fun there than Staples what do you guys think. Weird question to ask but i need some honest answers. What goes on there? how hard is it. The manager is putting me in the music section so that A ok for me. |

| is it fun working in a music store? is it stressful? i don't find anything hard on stocking cds all day, getting discounts on dvds cd and video games, listening to music all day and helping customers with music suggestons and orders |

i suppose it will be
u get to steal their cds a few days b4 the release date
now tell me y that wouldn't be cool!
if i was in ur shoes
i would say
staples
i'm moving on up baby
do whatever will make u more happy rather than whatever will bring u more money |

| i don't think im gonna try to steal cds before it comes out but yeah it would be cool to see them first before anyone else does. |

| u could just try working at the cd store part time while ur still at staples, so that u have the option of keeping the job u like more. |

Been in your shoes when i was in high school. If I were you, Id mooch your employee discount from Staples as much as possible, then work at Hastings and work your discount there to the max. Then once youve mooched as much as you possibly can, go to school and get a decent paying job. |

| yes, you should probably take a job where you will have more fun becuase $6.00/hr and $7.50/hr is not a lot of money either way. |
