"LA super-producer Ken Gibson has completed production on his debut album for Three's Hallucination Limited imprint "REVERSE COMMUTER - EXPOSURE" Please join us amongst close friends for the first ever listening session of the album along with complimentary entrance (with RSVP) and 1/2 off selected spirits from 9 to 10pm."

Three:

Currently residing in New York City, Three has been tirelessly holding the flag for underground electronic music in the US since his rise out of the sunny state of Florida in the early 90's. In that time he’s emerged as one of the brightest DJ talents in the US and continues to be a true inspiration to many of us. Threes tour dates show both diversity in audience and a genre-bending passion for good music; he's held residencies at NYC's Twilo, Cielo, and Love, as well as Florida's legendary Simons while playing lauded guest spots at San Francisco's Wicked party, Fabric (UK) and forward thinking events like Japan's Labyrinth Festival and Australia' Rainbow Serpent. Armed with a sound that borrows equally from vintage acid-house, techno and underground electronica, his Hallucination Limited imprint is held in the highest regard.

DROOG:

DROOG is the DJ collective of Andrei Osyka, Brett Griffin and Justin Sloe. From their start 4 years ago, DROOG has steadily built a reputation as one the one of the leading purveyors of forward-thinking dance, in Los Angeles and beyond. Known for their respected parties that featured leading international house and techno talent, from Magda and Jamie Jones to Dixon and Seth Troxler and showcase parties at WMC and DEMF. For the past 3 years, Droog has held down a residency at Avalon Hollywood, one of the biggest clubs in the US. At Avalon, they have had the chance to play alongside influences such as Richie Hawtin, Lee Burridge, Steve Lawler, Damian Lazarus, Tiefschwarz, Mr. C, Booka Shade, MANDY, Matthew Dear and Steve Bug.

In 2009 Droog has began the exploration of a new frontier in launching an LA-based record label, Culprit, which has spawned successful releases from Matt Tolfrey, Inxec, Hot Natured and Kenneth James Gibson aka [a]pendics.shuffle. An important step in Droog’s evolution came in October - a chance for the lads to proudly wave their flag and stamp Culprit’s sound on the capitals of European dance music - Berlin, Paris and London.

2010 has the lads putting their primary focus on production but looking forward to stepping out for summer sessions both here and abroad.

A friend is in town, so I might go to this, depending on how much energy I have after work.
