had some great food the last fortnight, from Lamb Cutlets on balsamic & paprika flavour, which worked surprisingly nice, to pork tenderloin with pesto & roasted veg (roasted peppers = yum) and a gorgeous Castillan Lamb dish. the sauce was delish. Rich, thick and sticky

but today, leftover chicken :( damn post-vacation blues.
Schadenfreude
bacon wrapped filet mignon's with sweet potato fries and homemade coleslaw.

Lilith
Roast pork belly.
Just sitting there now with the rind being all sliced across, salted and soaking up the moisture for an hour after I stabbed it with half a dozen cloves. Figure I would try sitting it in a shallow pool of dark balsamic vinegar, splash of olive oil, some paprika, honey, little bit of cinnamon and cracked black pepper.
That'll roast on very hot for an hour, 90mins to crisp and then lower for another hour with some spuds and carrots.
Lews
Bread with balsamic vinegar + olive oil, salad with vegan Italian herb dressing, soy corn dogs, tortilla chips, vegan chocolate chip cookies.

Basically just random .
Sushipunk
Rib eye steak, with the bone still on. And some garlic mashed potatoes and whatever else I make with it.
