If so:
Can you make a mix in Logic Pro? Yes.
Should you make a mix in Logic Pro? No.
There are better tools for the job out there. Check out Ableton Live. |

| I've done some mixes in Logic, and it's quite easy to do (especially now with flex time). I can see how Ableton would be easier, but I just don't use Ableton and feel much more at home with Logic. |

Actually this is quite interesting.
My dj mixer has individual PGM outs for each channel (selectable pre or post fader) so I'm going to hook it up to my soundcard inputs.
This means if I mix, I can record the separate channels to individual tracks in logic. |

At the bottom you can see RCA sockets which are the PGM I/O for each channel.
I've got two of these badboys, one in my DJ setup for daily use, and one brand new one just sitting in the box :D |
