Need help with automation tracks in Logic

Hi,

In Logic Pro.. if you want to create an automation track for the filter frequency of a synth for example, will the automation track always be on top of the midi notes or can it also be below it? In Cubase the automation track is below the midi notes so you easily see both at the same time.. I think that even every controller data type has its own lane below each other so you have an overview of all your controller events for a certain track.. can you also have that in logic?

ps: perhaps post a screenshot here that shows it if possible

thanks!

I know you can seperate all the automation tracks do view/edit them at the same time without having to select each one. Is this what your after? All you do is click on the downward arrow at the buttom and it will divide them.
