Hi people of TA

Want to know if anyone can recommend a good book on this very complex subject(or at least for me)
After playing around with Logic for a few months with little formal training I just feel that I'm not getting any ware with regards to making quality sounds from scratch. Tweaking presets is getting boring and I'm not learning anything.

Thanks for your time guys
