| Simplistic and slow. Sounds like you had room to double to BPM without having to bump up the vocal tempo. There's almost no bass-line and the rest of the parts are completely upstaged by the vocalist. Don't get me wrong: I'm all for getting the out of the way of the lyrics, but this is just way too sparse (for my tastes, perhaps). |
