Welcome. Just don't let it happen, again.
And, you're probably having problems with the 'sugar' because most of the precursors are illegal and what is produced in the United States is about 20% of the potency it should be - most of it is just inert synthesis by-product. Your best bet is to find 'sugar' that is made elsewhere, which considering how illegal it is, may be hard to do.

HFCS is no worse for you than regular sugar. The idea that it's uniquely terrible is just fabricated health hysteria.
And btw, HFCS provides the body with only slightly more fructose than traditional "sucrose" sugar. ;) |

She is correct, the anus has like little micro like plungers on it that collects that last bit of what is healthy for your body before you take a dump. That is always why Gay people have a higher HIV/AID ratings because of the way they have sex. This also goes for straight couples that indulge in anal sex. A vagina is sort of like a washing matching in a sense and the piss from a man after sex, these are two things that DO NOT stop HIV/AIDS from happening in straight couples but do make the odds a little better.
