About a couple weeks ago I was interested in this story, but now I just want it to end.
There are so many conflicting rumors and reports coming out that everything pretty much negates itself. I don't think anyone but himself has a clue where he's heading. |

i think its pretty easy. if he wants the money, he'll end up with the knicks. but if he goes to knicks and doesnt win a ring (i don't think he will) or even et to the finals by the end of his contract, he will just bee seen as a massive choker. but then again, he'll be seen as a choker anywhere if he doesn't win at least 2-3 by the time he's done. on the other side, he can join the bulls with bosh or join wade in chicago either with bosh or stoudemire. |

In a surprise move Thursday, Joe Johnson agreed in principle to re-sign with the Atlanta Hawks for a "max" contract of six years, roughly $120 million.
!
I want the King in NYC - signing up Joe would of helped |

Man these athletes are wayyyyyy to overpaid. Like seriously 1 billion dollars to play basketball?!?! WTF, they're giving one man 1 billion dollars to throw a ball in a basket. I know theres more to it business wise ( tix sales, jersey sales etc = income ) but thats crazy. I wonder if how many so called athletes would still play the sport ( or game if we talk about baseball which imo is a joke) if they got paid regular white collar salaries. If they really just had love for the game and can make a good living out of it, isnt that all that should count?
I mean the MOST POWERFUL MAN on earth, President Barack Obama made a reported income of $5.5 million. This man that has to run a whole entire country and is in charge of 300+ million people and makes a baby amount of what a guy that throws a ball run makes.
We have soldiers out there right now in war, living in constant battle, one day they may be alive and dead the next day. And well do they even get paid?!?!?!?! |

They are ridiculously overpaid, but lets face it- if LeBron comes to NYC, Dolan is going to jack up prices big time for tickets and EVERYONE in the city is going to be buying his Knicks jersey.
The owners can make so much off of him from merchandise sales and raising ticket prices.
I read an article last night though about these teams meeting him in Cleveland trying to negotiate a deal and how he has paparazzi following him around and all this other . Personally I think LeBron's ego is going to get too big from this and he'll be somewhat of a bust wherever he goes. Human beings can't handle this level of attention without snapping mentally...it's just not natural. |
