moving to Rouen, France in September

hello my name is chris. i am from Toronto, Canada.
i am moving to Rouen ,france in september for 4 months for school.
i listen to Digweed, Sasha and other progressive DJ's, so i am trying to find some events and clubs that are good for progressive house or just good house in general, in france.
If you are from Rouen, i would love to meet some of you so i can find the good clubs in France.
i am hoping to go to spain for a bit in september, so if anyone has any suggestions or tips, other than ibiza, that would be awesome.

Unfortunatly, I'm not sure Rouen is the best place in France to hear some Sasha & Digger's... :/
But if you move to Paris sometime, there tons of parties in some great clubs.
Check out illegal party (http://www.illegalparty.com/rubrique8.html) sometimes, you may find what you need.
About Spain... you just should avoid it, my thoughts...
I'm moving to Montréal next month for one year, so... I'm taking tips back for Toronto ;)

If you want to hear "good and talented dj" you can go to the REX CLUB or LE BATOFAR.
If you want to hear "proper house music" you can go to DJONN.
You can also check SOCIAL CLUB, LE REGINE, QUEEN, but it's more fashion/prout-prout. |

Agreed. There's a lot of talented DJs at the Showcase, Club 79, Concorde Atlantique too, but sometimes the people is an issue. |

bah ouais pourquoi ? L'ambiance est à chier et le son dégueu, là dessus on est d'accord :toothless . Mais ils ont eu une bonne programmation cette année (malheureusement :rolleyes: ).
Et j'étais rentré seul en jean-t-shirt-basket (bon, c'est vrai que je suis un putain de beau gosse aussi :o ). |
