so i received an offer on a droid phone for $19.99 with the standard 2 year contract and a $29.99 or higher data plan.
Wanted to see what the users think about the phone and how service from verizon is in SF,SD,LA etc. It seems all networks get high praises or complaints depending on the city you live in. Ive had the followiing for 4 years and as Vet26 and Nerologic can attest, its on its last legs.
all the keys above 4,5,6 are no longer with us :(
not going to be happy downgrading from 1260 anytime minutes and 7pm nights and weekends for under $40. but i am not using my phone as much as i used to anyways, and im sure the added internet features can keep me occupied during downtime at work lol. |

got one unlocked? i wouldnt want to add data or anything. would just use it for calls and then i am under the impression i could use the net just like the ipod touch where if you are at a hotspot you are good to go? |

They are all unlocked.
That one time you were down here you found it hard to spend one hundred something (super cheap) on an iPhone I had lined up for you.
Its your fault you still have that crappy phone.

| palm pre plus. i got a ipod touch and it does all the same , just better. and the screen is a little bit smaller. muti tasking much better that the iphone. its only 45 with no mail in rebate. good phone |

got the ipod for christmas and the phone last month. now i just use the touch like a classic ipod thats it now. music only |

i figured if i waited i would get a better deal since the new models would be out.
and i figured i might get the chance to help you out a bit somehow someway, which in turn could lead to helping me out as well :-)
Let me know what models you've got and what the Omar hook up rate is ;)
oh and no cracked screens, i want to be the one to crack the screen lol. |

| Droid will release 3.0 in October so look out for that. As for verizon, i love it. Easy to work with and great service in california - far better than at&t here. |
