Dude, you're totally one of the reasons why I switched to gmail

REALLY!? <3

I was a super fan-boy for it when I first switched myself all those years ago when it came out!

I was just soooooooo sick of Hotmails BS and horrible interface back then, not to mention their crappy 10mb limit. Google changed the changed the game re: that with free email accts. I couldnt run away from Hotmail fast enough once there was finally a great alternative out there - Gmail!

Internet Explorer 7 is not fully supported.

Internet Explorer 7 has known compatibility issues with modern web
standards which affect Web 2.0 applications such as MobileMe.
You can use Internet Explorer 7, but you will not have access to all
MobileMe features and will experience slower performance.
For the best MobileMe experience, please use the latest versions of
Firefox or Safari.

LOL

Poor IE 7.

Google Chrome FTW! :D

hmmm. i didn't make any changes so i think that it's probably default but i am assuming that there are settings.

if you go into your mail box. then go into options (in the right corner under your name) click on more options and there are spam settings in there. mine is set to standard.

ohh mine is set to Exclusive - Everything is sent to the junk e-mail folder except messages from your contacts and safe senders, Windows Live Hotmail service announcements, and alerts that you signed up for

I guess all the spam I'm getting is directly form my msn contacts (there has been an abundance of viruses and fishing emails sent recently)

If you haven't tried out the new Hotmail then you really shouldn't be complaining about your experience from 2 years ago.

It has come a long way - increased storage, better spam filters, faster navigation, more control over access, easier tools (spell + formatting), calendar, contacts, etc, etc.

Hotmail comes with: Skydrive (25 GB of storage), Office Web Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Onenote), Photo Gallery, etc, etc, etc.

Plus - with Hotmail.ca launching so recently you are pretty much guaranteed to get the address you want (no more "prettygirl2820@" or "dudeman1988" addresses from long ago).
Intangible
I still love hotmail. And the fact that I have the address I want is a HUGE plus. I got my gmail account 9 years ago and they didnt have any addresses I like... so I dont bother using it.

Although 3 months ago hotmail suspended my account for no apparent reason and it took them almost 2 weeks to give it back to me :whip:
