Smoking in Webster Hall

I donno what the deal is? Their is this one smoking room I believe in lower level, but its always full of weed smoke, with little or no ventilation, heck if someone who steps in that room, even for one cig and has never smoked a bud before he would still fail any drug test for next 6 months I believe.
Where is the room for regular cigarette smokers? |

I don't know what room you're talking about, as I haven't been there in forever...BUT YOU CAN'T LEGALLY SMOKE INDOORS IN A PUBLIC PLACE IN NYC! |

In fully licensed standalone pubs and clubs, with no dining facility, you can smoke indoors after 12PM in NYC, they bring out the ashtrays in pubs and open doors to smoking rooms at designated places in clubs. |

As an occasional smoker that has gone to standalone clubs all the time since the smoking ban came into effect in 2003, I have no ing clue where the hell you've been going, but no...you can't smoke legally indoors in NYC.

Don't get me wrong...it happens, some places turn a blind eye, especially late at night and in outer boroughs...but, no, you can't legally smoke. |

I have been to pubs and clubs in Manhattan, Queens and LI.. if they dont have Dining facility, that means not even peanuts being served, than they can open their pub to smoking at 12PM. Gentleman's Club (a strip club franchisee chain like Mc Donald's) has it in all its places, maybe you should check them out next time after 12PM. All other pubs with no food being served too. But Gentleman's club is a sure shot way to get a proof of what you are looking for. Smoke indoors after 12PM at places with no food. |

Lower Level, left side corner, with you facing dance floor from entrance. Its small room, easily possible to miss. |
