FABRICATED One Year Anniversary Party with THREE (NYC)

It seems like only yesterday we started throwing our monthly party with the intentions of showcasing cutting edge house and techno music from around the globe. Our aim was to bring in a wide range of local and international DJs who fit that musical criteria. Within the intimate setting of Stone Lounge we believed we could bring a world class vibe that felt both fresh and familiar. It’s safe to say we surpassed our expectations going into this and we are extremely proud and happy with all of the support and great parties we’ve had over the year at Fabricated. In honor of our one year anniversary, and as a thank you to all of you, we are bringing in a HUGE special guest – DJ Three, who will be playing an extended set for us.

Opening up the night will be mainstay Fabricated resident DJs Matt Coleridge and Steve Mack. They will be playing a back to back set to tee things up for the main man of the night.

THREE BIO

Three has been tirelessly holding the flag for underground electronic music in the US since his rise out of the sunny state of Florida in the early 90's. He’s held residencies at NYC’s Twilo, Cielo, and Love (Robots), as well as Florida’s legendary Simon’s while playing lauded guest spots in San Francisco (Wicked, Pacific Sound, Kontrol), London (Fabric, T Bar, Superfreq), Berlin (Panorama Bar, Divisionaire, Watergate), Japan (Labrynthe Festival, Unit), Australia (Rainbow Serpent Festival), Portugal, Spain, and more. As you can see, Three never disappoints crowds the world over. 2009 saw NYC promoters Blk Market Membership proclaiming a recent 5 hour closing set of Three's as "the best set out of 2009 for us".

Armed with a sound that borrows equally from vintage acid-house, techno and underground electronica, his Hallucination Limited imprint has been held in the highest regard. As of 2010, a newly relaunched Hallucination Limited is officially a major player again with new music and mixes from Cheap & Deep, Butane, Gadi Mizrahi (Wolf & Lamb), Reverse Commuter, Sycophant Slags (Mr C & Adultnapper), Seth Troxler & Inxec and Peter Von Hoesen to name a few ..... starting with Reverse Commuter - Southern Charge which includes a mix by Three released on February 9th.

Aside from his natural ability on the decks, Three sets himself apart from the rest of the pack by presenting eclectic sounds with an open-minded attitude towards everything he does. From DJ sets to musical output, Three is a "DJ's DJ" who has always leaned toward the cutting edge without losing touch with the roots of house and techno. Leaving an indelible impression everywhere he goes, Three continues to steadily cement his reputation as one of the best American underground DJs to emerge in the last decade.

TICKETS

Advance tickets are only $10 and tickets at the door will be $20. There will be no guestlist. We highly recommend you purchase advance tickets since Stone Lounge is a smaller venue with a very limited capacity. It’s not often you get an underground DJ of this caliber in this kind of space so don’t wait till the last minute or you could miss out.
Advance tickets can be purchased online here: http://tinyurl.com/fabricated-three

Sooo looking forward to it! This will quite possibly be *the* party of the year for me. A bold claim I know but it's true.

Likewise for me. THREE was incredible for me in Miami this year. His set at the Victor Hotel was un-ing-believable.

I'm really excited for this one. I can't believe it's finally here. I'll be so anxious on Friday. Just itching to get my dance on.:D

ZOINKS!!!! What a build-up to this event imo. The summer has been treating everyone well so far, and the Fabricated events continue to deliver. :)

This Friday will be no different, other than the fact that THREE will be there for about a 4-hour set! Very excited. Over the past 12 months, Fabricated have brought a refreshing vibe to Toronto that was really lost over the past few years imo. So many variables contribute to this:

PEOPLE - always having a blast, buying each other drinks, and dancing of course
MUSIC - locally inspired, yet peppered with some international jocks
BILLS - no cover most of the time (unless recovery is needed, like this Friday)
HONEST - the crew is really just out for all of us to enjoy ourselves. PERIOD.

That being said, I'm really looking forward to seeing many of the regulars this Friday, along with some new faces as well. My recomendation is to get yer ticket on-line to save a few bucks. Not sure that the line will be an issue for those who choose to pay upon arrival, but you'll save about a beers-worth.

See you at Stone Lounge,

Been looking forward to this forever and now it looks like I'm gonna miss Three for the third or fourth time. This time because of a friends Bday party

What time does DJ Three come on at? Maybe...somehow...I'll get out of that party early enough to make it for this one.

One of my favourites as well.

Was so looking forward to this up until Matthew Dear was announced. He played a great opening set for Chris Fortier back in 2007.

Three closed that night. But you're forgiven for being hazy cause you were celebrating your bday. ;)

My fave set from him, Room Service @ the Standard hotel, LA (06-03-07).
