I have not really ever gotten into psy-trance.. Only heard a few songs, like the wizzy noise remix of knights of cydonia, some astral projection stuff, and infected mushroom's converting vegetarians cd.. after i heard "Whirloop - Feel The Effect (Steve Birch remix)" i seriously want to hear more psy trance like this.. if you guys have heard this song and have any recommendations please, feel free and help me out.

well, seems all about the genre shift. What was just Trance some years ago is nowadays called "Progressive Psytrance". :D And what people call Trance nowadays was called House back then...

Not really. Psytrance can range anywhere from 125 to 170 and higher. Full-on and standard psy stick around the 145 range, but most prog-psy is 125-135.
