Severe thunderstorm warning for
City of Toronto continued
Weather radar indicates that clusters of severe thunderstorms have developed and are moving slowly east to northeast at 20 km/h. The main threats with these storms are wind gusts to 90 km/h or higher and hail to 2 cm in diameter or greater. Heavy downpours may also be associated.
This is a warning that severe thunderstorms are imminent or occurring in these regions. Remember some severe thunderstorms produce tornadoes..Listen for updated warnings. Emergency management Ontario recommends taking cover immediately when threatening weather approaches.
