This probably has been done before, but opinions change all the time. Good thread!
1. Your Favourite DJ of All Time
Paul Van Dyk, with Tiësto gaining.
2. Your Favourite CD/Mix of All Time
Damn this is a hard one! Tie between Paul Van Dyk @ Mayday 2000 and Global Underground 013: Ibiza CD 2 mixed by Sasha but I haven't heard many sets from the past few months.
3. Your Favourite Electronic Label
I don't use vinyl much, so I'm not sure. Overall probably Vandit or Black Hole.
4. Your Favourite Producer
Probably Tiësto. The classic productions are innumerable. Followed by Bedrock.
5. In your opinion who is the most underrated dj and producer
DJ: D:Fuse or Noel Sanger << Both mix flawlessly and have top track selection.
Producer: Solar Stone << they deserve even more recognition than they already get.
6. Most overrated dj or producer
DJ: Armin van Buuren << Throws a few epic tunes together with no overall progrssion and is hailed as a master. Hmm.
Producer: Push << I don't get it.
I might add that Marco V is an honorable mention in my charts. |
