Making sure you're on the web-page you want a screen-shot of, hit the [print screen] button.
Start--->All Programs--->Accessories--->MSPaint.
Simultaneously hit [CTRL]+[V].
Using the select tool (broken square in a button on the MSPaint toolbar) highlight ONLY the parts of the screen shot that you want to show.
Simultaneously hit [CTRL]+[X]. The highlighted portion should disappear. Don't worry.
In MSPaint select: File--->New. When the pop-up asks, "do you want to save", select "no".
Simultaneously hit [CTRL]+[V], again - your selected graphics should appear.
[CTRL]+[S]. Name your file. Hit return and resume work.
Right mouse-click over a different color than white, in the color toolbar. Make any edits necessary to preserve anonymity by selecting the solid box button and then highlighting appropriate text, as needed.
[CTRL]+[S], again. Upload the file. Post it.
In MSPaint, select: File--->New.
Repeat above processes, as needed.

lol... god dammit, Jay is right. By the time I got back on my computer last night around 3:00 am, that bitch deleted me from her facebook. I don't have access to her page anymore.
