And they better dont it up.

That's gonna be brilliant!!

No way this HBO production is gonna be the disaster that Legend of the Seeker was to the Sword of Truth series!

I heard that they're sticking *very* close to the actual content of GRRM's books... each season will cover 1 book.

I think HBO's gonna tackle converting this brilliant fantasy epic into a TV show very well...

EDIT:

Cant wait to see who they show the grown direwolves!

And casting Lena Headey... ing eh! (tho BLEH doing it as Cersei Lannister)

I ing HATE Cersei... but Lena Headey is an f'n BRILLIANT actress!! <3

videotron... it sucks that I'm forced to have The movie network instead of super écran to be able to get HBO. Super écran pr0n has cumshots, which lacks in the clean canadian version of the channel.

Guess which one I have at home :p

yeah...sucks about the pop shots...but at least they still show anal...that being said i never jerk off to movie network. The bitches are horrible...i would rather watch amateur porn with chicks from kabul that have jungle snatch.

i was just curious if bell was cheaper.

30 channels + movie network package + base = 65$.

negroes.

I've never heard of Treme. Just looked it up on IMDB and saw that a Dutch guy is in it. Is it any good? Ah heck, I might just go ahead and check it out myself.

i like it, but i'm really into that type of music.

i'm not even into jazz - though i'd like to be. it seems too daunting, working my way into a genre that i know very little about and has such rich history. i own less than a dozen jazz cds - a quarter of them being miles davis, then i have coltrane's love supreme, dolphy's out to lunch (prob my fav), mingus ah um, a mingus and dolphy live cut from cornell 64, and a couple others. i really do enjoy jazz.

but yeah - where i meant to go with that - treme is good and even if you don't like jazz, you'll probably at least respect it more by the end of the season.

as for true blood - i've been watching since the first season started. i think the first season was great, the second was good, and i'm starting to lose interest in the series with the 3rd...but i must say the most recent episode has done well to revitalize my fervor for the show. maybe it wasn't enough, but we'll see.

i would not call it conventional jazz as much , because it is way more cajun based. Think blues with more rhythm. ;)

For sure. and west wing is better too.

And obviously BSG is the best series, ever. Just thought I’d throw that in :tongue2

Yes, The West Wing is excellent.

penn and teller's bull is so much better than the west wing.

Six Feet Under.

^^ Just getting into season 2 right now. Not bad, but my itch for great writing after The Wire and Breaking Bad is hard to scratch.
