Some great stuff on this album. Love Cry and Angel Echoes are fantastic, not really a bad track on it. Anyone had a chance to listen to it yet?

folksy atmospheric uk urban music. well, hes a uk artist, but not necessarily future garage/funky/whatever the hell you want to call it in the hardcore continuum theory of the uk.
like love cry - i dont understand the hype, it reminds me of hyph mngo, just one of those filler tracks. why mix in any earlier than 4min on that one? maybe to overlay it with some crazy spoken word from the outro of another track and ride that for 4min? i dont know. im tired of the artsy fartsy serious beauty music. id rather be rude offensive and ridiculous these days like play something like this in a set:

hmm, actually, sounds like its in the same key, you could probably do a love cry double rainbow mashup. |

I have it, but I can't say I've played much of it since it came out back in February. Love Cry is a really nice track, but most of the album just passes me by. Pretty, airy indie-friendly folktronica stuff for the most part. Good for mobile phone adverts.

Four Tet does not make "UK urban music". knows why you'd even mention future garage/funky when talking about Four Tet, unless you were talking about the Burial collabs. Do you seriously think British electronic music begins and ends with the "hardcore continuum"? I find it really ing difficult to refrain from calling you an idiot sometimes. |

it retains a bit of post dubstep sound. its played in a lot of garagey/funky sets though

to be honest, i ordered a few of his records, and it they tend to end up in the do not play ever pile.
i so wish decks.de took refunds:(...maybe i don't get it, but srsly not grower material, purely disposable. |

| Love Cry is definitely my favorite song off the album, heard it at Urban Outfitters of all places and it just totally hit me then and there. I also like Angel Echoes and Circling, but I think the album peters out after the first few tracks. |
