Most developed countries have users on 4chan. I'm sure they can locate whoever, they have a lot of trickery, schematics, and bunsen burners. I definitely wouldn't with them. |

Public records in many countries are not as easily searchable as they are in the U.S. Heck, I am even in the U.S. and my two most recent addresses are not in any of the public records search sites that I have checked. And that's if people could even connect my screen name with my real name, which is very doubtful. |

Which is why her parents are more to blame. That doesn't excuse her from all responsibility, though.

I've blocked my name and address from most the public record search sites.
Though I bet someone could still find me if they were determined enough :( |
