Ok so you call me out on something you do as well. I had good intentions starting this call. You two came in cleary with the intent to start controversy. Thats ok with me. Keeps the thread up top lol.
I just wanted to see who was coming out. I have friends here cleary not you though. |

the event is in the event forum. I agree a thread advertising the event disguised as a roll call is wrong...but it really isn't any different then advertising it in your sig. |

Its funny how its always the techno guys that start this junk. I think I must have pissed one of them off some time ago and they are bringing up thier techno army against the breaks fans. |

I had a pretty good time.
DJs before beardyman: standard fare, nothing really memerable.
beardyman: Started off with pure beatboxing for the first 15-20 minutes or so, which was pretty incredible to here that coming out of someones mouth.
He started using his DJ gear after that, making sure that the audience knew everything was being done live, and nothing was prerecorded. He played (beatboxed?) mainly jungle, with some d&b, improvising lyrics here and there. It was amazing watching him create these songs out of nothing. Verrrrry skilled
I'm not that big a fan of the jungle genre, but I'm glad I went to see this one of a kind act.
At the end of the night we made a skipping rope out of glowsticks and had some skipping battles in the club lol :) All in all, a solid Thursday. |
