as far as i know in the US, the most widely used instant messaging service would be that of AOL instant messenger and perhaps icq coming in at a somewhat more distant second. I'm pretty sure that AIM isn't really widely used outside of the US and i was wondering what Instant Messenger services are widely used in your country.
personally i use AIM and on a rare occasion i use ICQ, although i did recently dl yahoo IM because AIM is banned at my girlfriends work.
what do you use? |

| I definately think MSN is the most widely used IM program around here, and probably the world. |

AIM the worst IM proggie
i prefer MSN (more stable , no in pop-up , no complicated settings) and of course mIRC
ICQ used to be good ... too bad it crashes often and eats a lot of RAM |

No popup... i haven't used it for a while, but i do remember that popup thingy "blala is logged on"
Ok it's not a popup/advertising, but still i did crash every game i played if someone logged on. |
