I love it. After eating a signature salad at Cosi I was hooked. It does two important things for a salad, adds flavor and salt. Cheese that is pungent allows you to only use a little while adding a lot flavor it doesn't add lots of fat and calories.
But this is someone who tops their filet mignon with Roqueford. |

I don't eat any other salad. It's just so dull. It's like a boring foreplay session minus the flavor and passion. :o

In fact I do. I am an excellent cook.. I make salad for my family/friends when they come over and they go ga ga over it. I just don't enjoy it. Not satisfying enough. :o |
