I don't think that's true at all. I think he loves being Deadmau5 because he's one of the most arrogant producers (I will never ever call him a DJ, because that would be insulting to all the real DJ's out there) in the world. He loves being that novelty act with the stupid mouse helmet that everyone tries to copy because it's just sooooooo cool. |

| haha yea i've seen a couple pictures of him without the hat... I guess having a schedule like that is bound to catch up with one eventually.. you can't keep that up forever. i don't like the guy for his ego but that still doesn't mean he deserved it... whether drugs or not were involved we might never know.. |

Gotcha. I've never seen him live, so I'm only going off of what others say. Interesting to read the reply's from the TA board and then reading the blogs of the fans. Pretty similar.
A couple friends of mine saw him a Wet Republic in Vegas a few months ago. They told me, he got booed off the stage, and then he flipped off the crowd as he walked away because of the booing. No one was digging the music he was playing is what they told me. |

ya know... lately my thing has been to just like what everyone else hates. so I started liking Lady Gaga, especially that alejandro hot like mexico song. I also started becoming a huge fan of animal abuse. So going along with my new theme of supporting what everyone hates, I guess I'm officially now a deadmau5 fan. and of course, I'm announcing it to the harshest critics in the world, the men and woman of TA. LOL
but in all honesty, life is too short to hate so hard on some guy that I guarantee none of you have ever met. What you think you know is all hearsay. Granted I'm playing devil's advocate hardcore right now, but seriously.. I was a deadmau5 hater until I started reading this thread. never liked him or any of his tracks, except strobe, which coincidentally the track he passed out to. hmmmm interesting
I've always thought to myself that when you have tons of haters, it means you're doing something right. it means you're on top. Cause no one hates on someone that sucks... people only hate when people they think they're cooler than go further in life than they do. you feel me?
this guy obviously had to be feeling like that day, and he still 'performed' and dude collapsed. Whatever the reason, it... leave the guy alone already.
(but that voldemort picture WAS pretty funny, I will admit) |
