| and hate the fact everyone is telling me to no longer compete in anything physical once i heal up. Ive always been a lil about people telling what to do or what i cant do, so I have made a new goal for 2011. I am going to train and compete in 2011's Canadian Iron Man in BC. Never done it before. I have alwasy been a long distance runner and used to compete in swimming as a child (amongst other sports). Anyways I checked out a training program and it looks in intense. 4-5 hours a day almost. Has anyone ever attempted this or known anyone who has? |

one of our azn nyc members did a triathlon a few weeks back. sometimes its hard to exercise without a goal to push yourself. mine is to never let my belly get so big i can't see my dick. so far so good.
edit: thats his name get_nyc
i once trained for a 7k race. i'm proud of it but no longer feel the need. |
