I am 32 years old now and I currently I am a business analyst for a huge company who produces and sells engines and propulsion gear for everything at sea.
Everyone gets chances, stay sharp and grab them! Use your current position/experience as a learning tool you'll never want to return to ;)

Don't coddle him! He isn't some ing towel who needs to be gently folded. He is sponging off of his the people around him and soaking up the attention he's getting in this forum. Never mind the fact that he's a ing dead-beat whose underwater with his home mortgage. He NEVER should have taken that loan, to begin with.

you're only 20, i doubt there are very many people in your age group doing significantly better. add in the fact that it's a tough economy right now and all i can say is, hang in there. easier said than done, but if you just stay focused, things will get better over time.
