My favorite serial killer isn't a real person but I though that freak from The Cell with J.Lo had a really bizarre way of killing girls.
First he would put them in a tank and slowly filled up with water till they drowned and he would film it, then take the dead body and bleach it, then hook him sell up in the air with hardcore suspension body modification equipment from his back and then jack off the girls, that shift was way ing left field when I first saw it. |

that guy was ed up.
BTK in terms of how he basically ed the system up. Learning and getting degrees on criminology, learning alarm systems, being with a badge for awhile as a ranger or whatever., and then sending info to the police, too bad about the floppy, he got sloppy.
