I didn't think this one would get a release, but awesomely it has. A very good update on a tune that was special for me 10 years ago.

Radio Edit
Original Mix
Dub
Original mix is the whole point of it though, why dub a track that thrives on being a vocal one? |

| How exactly is this a very good update? Just play the Perfecto remix. |

I downloaded these a while ago and promptly deleted them after giving them one listen.
Perfecto Mix > All. |

perfecto one sounds it's age now and the way I play music, it's a bit on the slow side, coming in at 118bpm :p I have been known to take it into the mid 130s, much to montanas' disgust. |

The Perfecto remix sounds amazing but it you play it at an appropriate speed in a trance set, it sounds like chip monks singing. Really annoying - I have no idea why this record was made so slow.
I don't like the Greg Downey mix though to be honest - I just with there was a mix of it where all of the perfecto mix elements are there, but at at least 134 bpm |

I don't think it sounds old, but it definitely is too slow. Only problem with it, imo, and the only problem I've never spun it myself.
I can't imagine how chipmunked it would sound in the 130s :p |

Very :p I think I once played it at 140 too, but even I found it too much and I'm known for doing silly things with slow tunes. |

Dear lord. I just tried that. That was terrible :p
It's not too bad at 8%, up to 129.6 bpm. Has to be used at a beginning of a set, though. It was too chipmunky at 135ish and beyond. |

| These days, it's pretty easy to pitch a track right up using DJing software without turning it into a chipmunk symphony. |

You can, but you'll often get a lot of unwanted artifacts in the sound which make the listening experience just as bad , even with software with good time-stretching algorithms. |
