caffeine and trance music

i feel like i can only make trance songs if i have lots of caffeine. not only that, but i feel i appreciate the genre more if i'm under its "influence".
when i haven't had any caffeine, i desire to make ambient music rather than the fast-paced stuff.
what about you guys? |
